Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a body of knowledge whose pioneers were Richard Bandler and John Grinder.  It looks at:

  • how we represent to ourselves our experiences in, and observances of, the world
  • how these representations give rise to our conscious and subconscious patterns
  • how we can use language and other tools to facilitate change
  • how we can model behaviors that have helped others to achieve excellence

Often, the use of NLP techniques can help us achieve positive results with greater rapidity and ease.  And isn't that why you're here?

We may or may not work with these techniques overtly in our sessions, but NLP concepts underpin and inform a lot of what I'll bring to the table in our work.  They add dimension to the palette with which we'll be painting.
