Creating Moments of Clarity

Recently I was asked to do an interview with the publication Mystic Mag, and in doing so, I revisited how I started my coaching career.  It was fun thinking about this, as it all began with a startling bolt of insight that resulted from an early Tapping session of my own in which I proved to myself its effectiveness and value with the quick and impressive results I got.  After the experience of the Tapping I had done, I realized with startling clarity that I had an opportunity to share something very exciting and fulfilling with others, and that I absolutely wanted to.  More on this story is here if you'd like to read the interview.

I will take this opportunity to remind you that Tapping does many things, including acting as a moving meditation that brings mindfulness to everything you're thinking and feeling, both physically and emotionally; calming the body's fight-or-flight response and diminishing stress hormones; calming the intensity of emotions and sometimes related physical discomfort; helping to clear your mind and allow you to see situations with greater clarity and empathy for yourself and others; and helping you to feel more empowered and resourceful in knowing that you can help yourself feel noticeably better even if you only have a few minutes in which to address whatever might be going on with you.  I feel such gratitude for this amazing set of tools, and I do my best to bring awareness of it to others when and where I can.  Tapping is not the only modality I use in my work, but it is powerful for many of my clients.  If you're in need of greater clarity, whatever your current goals may be, you might want to give it a go.

If you haven't yet experienced the power of Tapping, I hope you'll look into it, whether by contacting me, watching videos online, or reading books on how to use it.  There is so much relief waiting for you if and when you do.  I wish for you the kinds of progress and moments of clarity it has created for me, and I hope you'll bring its benefits into your life when the timing feels right.
