While men haven't gone through such a loud, organized, and well-publicized liberation movement as women have in the last 50 years in order to throw off the restrictions of the past, you have still been challenged by a rapidly changing world; you have more options available to you across the board just as women do, and all the pressure to define what it is to be a man within all of that choice can be overwhelming.  Some of the choices you want to make require you to add skills that are not seen as traditionally male.  These challenges continue as we all strive to express more balance and more of our basic humanity in this evolving world.  Some new tools are in order now.
